Plastic laminate bathroom partitions are made of fine quality plastic surface material that is applied with adhesive.
A wide range of designer colors is available to coordinate with modern or traditional interiors.
Door & panels shall be constructed of a sandwich of laminated plastic bonded under pressure to a solid particleboard core with the highest quality adhesive assuring a rigid, permanent bond. Door and panels finish – 1″ thickness.
The anchoring device shall consist of a leveling device fastened to bottom of pilaster and attached to the floor. Pilasters shall be constructed of a sandwich of laminated plastic bonded under pressure to a solid particleboard core. Pilaster shall be 1-1/4″ thick.
All hardware shall be heavy nonferrous chrome plated castings. Fastenings by means of thru-bolts with theft proof heads. Pilaster shoe shall be 4″ high, of #302, 18-8 polished stainless steel. Includes all necessary hardware and fittings for a complete installation. Brass and stainless steel hardware available at additional cost.
All faces and edges shall be 1/16″ general purpose laminated plastic. All in accordance with NEMA standards.
Laminated plastic shall be as selected from Flush Metal’s standard plastic colors and patterns.
